SonicSplit AI is built as a local desktop audio tool. The website is used for product information, Google sign-in, Lite and Pro installer delivery, and payment processing for Pro upgrades.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we store your email address, display name, sign-in count, download count, payment status, and timestamps for account and support purposes.
When payments are enabled, Razorpay may process your payment details. SonicSplit AI does not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials.
Audio Privacy
The website does not upload, process, or store your audio. The SonicSplit AI desktop app is designed to process audio locally on your computer.
How We Use Data
We use account data to provide Lite download access, protect Pro downloads, support users, monitor product demand, and handle refunds or payment issues.
Data Sharing
We use Google for sign-in, Cloudflare for hosting and database infrastructure, and Razorpay for payments. We do not sell user data.
Retention
Account and purchase records are kept as long as needed for access, support, accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes.
